From the CEO's Desk

Greetings from your  Alma Mater, CSU- Sanchez Mira!

Like a mother   longing for   all her children whom she had not seen for so long a time to come   home, your ALMA MATER beckons.  The passing of the years has never dimmed her memory of you, her children since the beginning when she was still Arranz High,   Sanchez Mira High, Rural   and Vocational School and now CSU- Sanchez Mira.

So we await your coming home our dear alumni. However long the years you have been away or wherever the seasons of life have brought you - to distant lands or just nearby, your ALMA MATER has planned one grand home - coming dubbed as “BATONLAGIP”. It is a time for us once again to rekindle memories, to strengthen bonds, to renew friendships and most of all to serve as inspiration to those who are  now at the  bosom of our University – Your University. Let this event be a celebration for  a  cause- that is  sharing joy especially to those who remained and those among us who are in need and who await our good deeds. May I reiterate,  present  yourself as  the greatest gift for your Alma Mater on April 23, 2011, black Saturday at  the Cagayan State University, Sanchez Mira.

And as we all long to welcome you home, we have planned worthwhile endeavors to ensure that your ALMA MATER  shall continue its noble task of bringing every  student that passes through her portals in the journey of bringing one from out of the  darkness of ignorance into the light of knowledge and  understanding. A Noble task indeed! All of us look forward to this day- a day of recollection, a day to enjoy, a day to join hands together for one great cause- to make CSU- Sanchez Mira a great center of learning and excellence- that all of you can be proud of and made, much more so because of the generosity of people like YOU.

AS CEO of CSU-Sanchez Mira and with the assistance of the faculty, staff and students, we will lay the   ground work for this much awaited great gathering of our institution to ensure the event’s success.

To all of you our dear Alumni and from all of us here at CSU -  Sanchez Mira - may your love for the institution we all cherish bring us back together once again so that we may be able to continue our quest for greater achievement in her name.
